Spend July 4th on Cape Cod in Londonderry, New Hampshire For Sale

- We have 2 unit with a lock out@ The Courtyard Resort week 26. This week normally falls on or around july 4th. These are studio units sleep 4 with full or partial kitchens. 1 unit has a queen size bed with partial kitchen, the other unit has a full kitchen with murphy bed. The maintence fee per unit is around $250. These are deeded units not 20-25 years like a lot of places. Asking $xxxx per unit + 1/2 closing cost. Will sell the pair for a reduced rate. We have rented out these units the last few years for $500 per.
